This is 7" X 7" X 7" explosion box with inner and outer box enclosed together. It is made from premium quality cardstock papers from Paper Studio's "Little Safari" paper collection. The box is embellished with handmade paper flowers, casting material embellishments.

This box can hold ~40 4" X 6" size photographs. Special precaution has been taken while making this box so that it will not sag with weight once it is loaded with photographs.

Hi all,

This is my 1^st layout that I made for “The Studio Challenge” blog for “16 July – No people” challenge.

The layout size is 8” X 10”

I used DCWV “The primrose “ collection paper,

Handmade paper flowers,

POP window frames made from Silicone molds,

Tim Holtz distress ink ,

Bandage gauze

Instructions:

1.     Cut 8” X 10” cardstock paper (scribbled postcard paper) from DCWV “The Primrose” collection

2.     Cut 4 ½” X 6 ½” cardstock paper for photomat (paper with lines and “&” sign)

3.     Distress the edges of a photomat and dab the edges with brown distress ink

4.     Take 2 strips of bandage gauge and spray it with turquoise distress ink.

5.     Once it is dry then glue it randomly with mod-podge near top and bottom edges of 8” X 10” cardstock paper

6.     Cut 5 strips of turquoise floral paper into 1” X 7”

7.     Damp each strip with water and roll it into a straw using painting brush for support

8.     Place the photomat near the right edge slightly overlapping bandage gauze using foam tape to give a raised elevation

9.     Place the straws on left edge and at the bottom edge of the photomat with glue

10. Glue the lace on left side of straws in a way that the last leftmost stray will overlap with the edge of lace order

11. I used POP window frames made from silicone mold. But, you can use chipboard or die cut window frames.

12. You can decorate the surrounding of photomat as per your choice

13. Distress the surrounding area of photomat with brown and turquoise ink. Blend both inks together very well with dabber

14. Cut two butterflies and “memory tag from the paper collection to decorate layout

15. I added small crystal beads using mod-podge

16. You can frame this layout in 8” X 10” frame. Please don’t put glass cover on top.

The cover of the album is made from premium quality chipbord. The cardstocks, that are used to decorate the album are from premium quality DCWV "The Primrose" paper collection.

The front of the album is decorated with glittered paper flowers, wooden clock and butterfly, lace and magnetic satin strap. You can put your own picture on memory tag or leave it as it is as per your choice. There are many other embellishments used to decorate inside of the album.
